Giving children access to books they can read for pleasure in a beautiful library has been ABC's focus for the last 5 years. Reading is proven to have more of an impact on life achievement than a child's socio-economic background which is why ABC works with schools in our most deprived communities.

Our Mission
ABC Book Club is a charity that takes donations of high quality pre-loved children's books from members of the general public and re-donates them to primary school libraries. We also create brand new libraries in schools so that children have somewhere exciting and comfortable they can read books for pleasure.

How can you get involved
Book donations are the lifeblood of the charity - we could not do without them. If you have any books suitable for children aged 5-11 that your children have outgrown please donate them to us.
If you don't have any books, there are other ways you can help. You could purchase a brand new inclusive book for a school library or make a financial donation. We appreciate every effort you make to support us.
You can donate pre-loved children's books suitable for ages 5-11 at any of our 50+ drop off locations throughout South East London and North Kent.
