This small village school in a Kent village wanted to turn a disused IT suite into a reading for pleasure library. The team at the school fundraised hard to afford the fixtures and fittings, and asked ABC to provide the design, project management, installation and of course 1000s of books.
The incredible Sarah the school premises manager single-handedly took on the mammoth task of clearing, painting and preparing the room, so that when the ABC team arrived it was a blank canvas ready for us to work our magic.
The children had chosen a space theme, and with the blue painted walls and the silver ducting, the room already looked the part.
The library was a big hit with the children who had been looking forward to the opening for months. We're delighted to have made their dreams come true!
